i have excess gas, pain in the right quadrant which changes from time to time: sometimes at minimum level, sometimes hard. i have hp ylori infection, for  which i completed the treatment and will do a test in a few weeks to see if still it exists. during sleeping i have  watering mouth. my main symptom is excess gas everyday and the alternating pain in the right quadrant. sometimes, i have rectal spazms.

i did an upper endoscopy and  biopsy and just the proffesor doctor told me that i have h, pylori infection. he did not mention  gastritis.
i need to go to toilet many times during a day and sometimes mucous.
bowel runling in addition to the symptoms i mentioned before.
