is this a esophageal cancer(EC) please help me
long story but in short i have headaches 5 months ago got sever i thought i had brain tumor went to neurologist because i have left arm pain left leg pain numbness and tingling nausea loss appetite loss weight vision prob heart burn twice she checked i had head ct scan which came clear, when i was googled about brain tumr symptom was difficulty in swallowing and it also come in me. after neurologist i change my gp and new gp tested my blood and she discovered i have no vitamin d she start to give me vitamin d i have i told her my heart burn she said if omeprazole dnt help u v will do endoscopy and that made me crazy i started to search about endoscopy and know about EC now after reading posts of people with EC and symptoms of EC i think they all in me i am going to have endoscopy next week and making me scary
i have problems of no appetite for last 4 years because of typhoid and very rare occasional heart burn now i have
chest pain
back pain
middle bone pain tender to touch
seems like food stuck in esophagus
may be chest and bone pain are due to vitamin d deficiency but i am become crazy

today my endoscopy is done doc said every thing is fine my something in my esophagus is more open which allow stomach acid to come up

The trouble with google for medicine is that any symptom can be related to almost any medical condition and it does not help in making a diagnosis. With the described symptoms, possibilities that may need to be considered include stress/ anxiety, URT/ GI infections, inflammation, GI motility issues etc. I would suggest discussing the situation and the suggested management plan in detail with your treating gastroenterologist after the endoscopy is done.
