a small occasional bulge while pooping.

I have a small bulge only on days when my bowel movement is tight. It is not painful and no blood. It does not cause any issues. When i touched ,it just felt like a thick layer of skin only. It is otherwise present as skin only. But when tight bowel movement occurs it becomes a small bulge like. I didnt feel it as piles and its been for years without any discomfort. I am 22 years old and have bowel movements normal on almost everytime. Please share if you know about this
