Fowl oder after gullbladder removel

I am 25 years old and had my gullbladder removed after a while of it hurting me. I had it removed almost a week ago and now even after I have drank a lot of water and go to the bathroom I have a fowl oder coming from down there it almost smells like a mix of really bad urine smell and a little bit of a sewer smell.
What should I do? Do I need to call my doctor right away or whait for the follow-up visit? I'm not sure what to do.
