lots of adhesions in abdomen, neck

i am having female problems with my female organs. i am postmenopausal. the gyn dosen't want to operate because i have lots of adhesions from several surgeries in my abdomen. they are monitoring my problems every 3 months. he stated your cancer risk is low. how do they know this for sure. don't they have to operate on me for an exact diagnosis of cancer. they want to do a hysterectomy but they are scared because of complications of adhesions. i am also monitoring a chestnut size nodule on my thyroid which i may need surgery. well, i have had surgeries on my neck as well. i guess i have adhesions there as well. surgery wasn't suggested for my thyroid yet but i may have to have surgery. i am so scared. has anyone gone through any of all of this. thank you all

If your pain is releived by having a bowel movement, you could have IBS, but that doesn't explain your other problems.
