Forgot to mention, this is not anything serious, just embarrassing. And be assured that it has happened to all of us at some point. Low carb diets cause a lot of gas, make sure you are getting your carbs in the morning.
Hi, I agree with ggreg, but also wonder of it is nervousness? Do you get nervous when going to school? Nerves can wreak havoc with our digestive symptoms, causing all sorts of things. If you are under 18, please talk to one of your parents, or both as I'm sure there is something that can easily rid you of this problem, either over the counter or prescription. I think it is food related, so pay attention to what you are eating and start replacing what you eat for breakfast with other things and see if the problem persists. Stay away from high fiber foods in the morning, they cause gas. Don't try to self medicate with over-the-counter products by yourself, very dangerous. If changing your breakfast doesn't help, talk to one of your parents, they're easier to talk to than you may realize!
If you eat breakfast, you should get up and eat early enough in the morning to where you can have a bowel movement before you leave for school. Or you can take an alka seltzer before you go to school, and it might help get rid of the gas. Or you can take time between classes and go to the bathroom, even at lunch would help for the afternoon, but sometimes when people are out and about, they can't relax enough to go even if they wanted to.
Some people go in the evening, and if that's you, well, I'm not sure why you're having this gas problem... Could be what you are eating is doing this, either in the evening or in the morning. Stuff like whole fruit and cabbage, of all things, will give you gas, and so will soda pops. Also, if you eat food and drink sodas late at night, this will give you gas. By the way, you should drink plenty of water throughout the day, but not as much after dinner.
If this happens every single day no matter WHAT you eat, then must not be the food, and if you allow enough time to pass waste before you go out for the day, then I'd say you may have a bacteria in your guts that's doing this, which next time you see a doc, they should do some labs on you, to see if that's the case.
