nausea and fatigue

I am 23 and off and on for quite a while i have been dealing with nausea. My mom has massive stomach issues where she cant eat past a certain time of day and if she eats to much shes sick all that day and the next and stomach issues/cancer run in our family. I went to the dr explained my concerns and he ran tests saying everything looks fine... could be chrons, gullbladder disease, ulcer, or stress he even put me on a super restricted diet which seemed to work but i cant live on just grilled chicken water and  certain fruits and certain veggies.... and no one knows for sure whats going on. Well after getting out of a super stressful job i kind of felt better im in a new job thats awesome and i dont know if its just getting up so early or what but im right back to being nausous all day and just feeling drained. Does anyone know what i could do to find out whats really going on. I just dont want to keep going back with the same complaints and keep hearing everything looks fine bc obviously somethings not fine.   Thanks :)

An ultrasound of your gallbladder is not really enough to see if something is wrong with it.  You could try a 100% lactose free diet for 2 weeks to see if that helps.  You could also try a 100% gluten free diet for 2 months to see if that helps.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  I would recommend seeing a gastroenterologist and getting some testing done to figure out what is wrong.  It could be your gallbladder so this would be a good thing to test.
