Jasmine, if you've tried all of those things then the next step is unfortunately finding a doc to work with you. There are some prescription meds that can be tried, and you should have some testing done depending on what your medical history is, what a physical exam reveals, and what the doc feels would be the right course to try to find out what's going on. I know it can be very difficult to find a doc when you have Medicaid, but you're going t have to keep trying. Have you called your local hospital to see what programs are offered there? What other medical resources have you tried?

yes I've increased my fiber, exercise when possible, did stool softener, laxatives, the powder stuff, flax seed, etc. I think it's something wrong w/ the muscles or colon.

Magnesium citrate, probiotic, glycerine suppositories, Miralax or Metamucil are all possible treatments.

Have you tried increasing your intake of high fiber - either foods or fiber supplements - and your fluid intake? Have you considered trying a product like a stool softener to see if that would help?
