pain cant pass gas or even go

Im having severe pain in my stomach area mainly my left side low at first I thought it had to do with my pelvic/uterus but its now every where I havent been able to pass gass or have any bowl movement for the past 2 1/2 days Im having fever and my muscle is starting to ach Im drinking water I took Ibuprofen for the fever does not help Im trying to take stool softner so far no luck can this be something dangerous and should I go straight to my doctor? well er since its sunday... please help its really painful

ok so the next morning I woke up with severe pain on my right side abdominal and I really didnt want to stress anyone so I waited till it was supportedbly my fever never went finally manage to see a doctor he told me its nothing but we will do a blood test next day still in pain fever still there Im nauseas I cant lift my children or walk normaly so I see the doctor again said the result were normal but will do an ultrasound just incase now I have that tomorrow but Im hurting like crazy and Im begging to feel like they dont take me seriously

I went to the er he told me to get this type of laxative which I might add is really nasty and it took 3 1/2 hours befor even taking effect but it seem to have done the trick my fever went down Im not so bloated and in pain anymore =) thank you

It could be severe constipation or a blockage.  Ibuprofen is constipating, BTW.  

I would call your doctor or you will be stuck in the ER for hours.  Let him advice.  If it's just constipation, you could try Miralax and a Fleet enema or maybe a glycerin suppository.  You want to soften what's in the rectum and move things along.
