Could be your gallbladder. GO see a Gi doctor to have a Hida Scan to look for gallstones or a non functioning gall bladder. But I worn you ahead of time I was having the same pains and the removed my gallbladder due to a 2% (non functioning gallbladder) and I am now 6 weeks post surgery and still have the same pains so think long in hard before getting it removed.  after gallbladder surgery you have diarrhea sometimes lifelong.
