I had my gallbladder removed 6 weeks ago and I still have pretty much constant pain on my upper right side under rib cage along with new pains that are also on my upper left side under ribs and the pain radiates to my back also.  I have had every test made and they have not been able to see anything abnormal that could be causing this pain.  Doctor now is just treating the symtoms of pain and calling it IBS for lack of any other diagnosis. It is so frustrating to think that you can have such constant pain and no test can tell the doctor why?? I cry everyday because the pain is not getting any better and I have to suffer until something really bad happens because the doctors are out of anwers for my pain.  I want to get back to my regular life with my husband and kids but it is hard to ignore a constant pain in my upper abdomen and back.  If you every get a diagnosis please let me know for I am so desperate to feel better.
I hope you feel better soon.
