pediatric gastro issue

My daughter is 8 yrs old,  has had problems with constipation for years, lately it has become chronic,   we took her to th er,  they advised us to give her suppository and milk of magnesium.   We got her all cleaned out and she is going on a regular basus now, the last week she is having abdominal pains and nausea,  my ped thinks maybe there is more stool in there that maybe blocked and only the soft stuff is coming out.    Last night she went and it was hard and bulky.    Today still woke up with stomach pains.    We see gastro 0n the 9th but she does not want to eat and I am wondering if this could be something else?

They told me dulcolax and Milk of magnesium,  it did the trick.

I got lucky the gastro called and had cancellation for tomorrow morning!

sorry to hear that. my son has had that problem some here as well.
is she home sick again today?
what type of suppository did they tell you to try?
