sharp moving pain in my stomach ,gastritis or something else?

i know i have gastritis from long time ago and i have been taken losec and then later on nexuim  from 2002.  my gallbladder was  removed from 98 and i did at the beginning of this year an abdominal mri and it was completely normal , but from six weeks now i started to i have a terrible pains my in my stomach and stomach area (upper abdomen) . is a sharp pain like my stomach or another  organ next to my stomach is being rip off it's place or the nerves of the stomach are being  touched or moved . i also feel my organs in my upper abdomen or my intestines  moving heavy  too . the pain can be very intense and i  it's very scary . when this episode of these sharp pain happens i also feel like my whole stomach and esophagus goes into spasms .
i know gastritis pain very well so i can tell this is not only a gastric pain but gastric pain with something else ?. i just did a gastroscopy this week on tuesday to look at the stomach inside and the gastro enterologist told me afterwards that my stomach was severly  inflamed up to the entering of the doudenum and so she could not even go there . last year i did this same procedure because of some stomach pain (but nothing like this pain now) and the doctor that did the test only  told me that i have a lot of bile reflux in my stomach that was irritating my stomach but this time this other gasto doc did not mention this .before this test a upper echo was done , it also can out normal . can you tell me can severe gastritis be this way? is my pain related to gastritis? i am on daily meds like; losec 40 mg /ulcogant / and zantac . is this really only a severe gastritis? or something else going on? like can this be bile duct obstruction ? since i don't have a gallbladder? please help !! any more sugestion?

Ok, the biopsy results might be able to help you figure out what is causing the  gastritis and therefore causing the pain, and how to treat it.

check out if the mix of meds may be a cause ..possibly an interaction there ..
