I've been puking food but

If it gets too severe, go to the ER. It sounds like an acute pancreas inflammation to me (emesis, nausea, swollen pancreas and bile ducts).

I am not sure what they will do, but IMO, they will try to get the inflammation down.

Am having stomach,chest and back pains,heartburn, and puking am all ways severly starving, and I've had blood test xrays, colonoscopy,a scope to my small intestine, and they say my Pancreas and vile duck r swollen and i c a gastro Dr in June and the pain and puking is so extreme. I just can't wait that Long.my naproxen seems to help and tramadol for when i have an attack,what can this b
The family Dr sent my results to one Dr to c if surgery needed and he said no, but I think from the harsh pain I'm feeling I may need it
Is there anything I should know or do or not do
Pls help
