tummy grumbles, sore boobs, lower back aches

Hi, for the last 6 days my stomach has been rumbling really loud and is quite upset. I've had diarrhea. I've had lower period cramps with some light pink when i wipe. My lower back constantly aches, my body feels sore and my breasts have gotten bigger and are really tender. I took a hpt 2 days ago which was negative. I don't really have a proper menstrual cycle as I am on the mini pill. I don't even know when my cycles are due as it is only ever light and inconsistent. Has anyone got any idea or even had something like this?

This could just be a virus.  I would recommend seeing a doctor about this if it continues.

I have been on the mini pill for 1 and half years now and have not had a proper period since I started. My doctor told me that irregular periods and sore  breasts are side affects but my breasts have never been this bad. They are constantly sore for the last week and a half, they have grown and tingle. I have been pregnant but have never have had this sore tummy ache or the horrible loud grumbling noises that go with it.

Welcome to the gastroenterology community!  You still have the possibility of being pregnant even though the hpt was normal.  How long have you been on the birth control pill for?
