unexplained malabsorption

I have been unwel for many years, finally diagnosed with a unexplained malabsorption syndrome, which causes malnutrition, which  in turn is causing secondary hyperparathyroidism, pth levels decrease when I take 3000mgs of calcium carbonate, and 3000mgs of vitamin d ,but it does not resolve the malabsorption .I have had virtually every test  there is,only a 72 hour stool fat test, showed  elevated  stool fat levels at (11) and (14),no celiac, pancreatic enzymes no help, gallbladder removed,pill-cam,ct- scan, colonoscopies, small bowel biopsies, double balloon enteroscopy, all normal ,also no parasites ever found, do you have any suggestions, regards

hello, I am not anemic, although  my hemoglobin was  on the lower  end once or twice,I take  mega doses of calcium 3000mgs of each, I have tried gluten free, but there was no change, all biopsies were always normal,my doctors are stumped, it took years to confirm a diagnosis, now ,they do not know why it is happening, regards, if you have any other questions, fell free to ask any time,I did try pancreatic enzymes on two or three occasions , but they  did not offer any help
