Take a laxative to get things moving, then eat Activia Yogurt for the probiotics, eat fiber and drink plenty of water. If you're no better after this, see a GI specialist.
It is probably just gas in your intestines. Take gas-x and if the pain doesn't go away after a while then you can undergo testing.
sounds like gallbladder. see a specialist and get an ultrasound to check for stones, and a hida scan ( radioactive material injecting typically through on IV ) to see if the gallbladder, liver, etc are functioning correctly. pain in the right ribcage and gas are typically tell-tale signs. avoid greasy and gasy foods as you want to avoid a full blown gall bladder attack ( if thats whats causing the pain ) as they can last anywhere from 5 minutes to 15 hours and leave you severe pain.
