Hi, I have a huge problem with my stool. When I want to go to washroom it's usually once per day for stool and it's usually after lunch. When I try to go, I feel it takes time and hard for the stool to come out. If it comes out it's looks like brown small pebbles. I had this for.two weeks now. I am scared as to what happen to my bowl movement. I haven't had this before. This is my first time having stool that looks like pebbles. I started eating lots of veggies but it doesn't seem.to help. Do you think stress can also cause the problem with stool? Also, is this a huge problem that can affect my health down the road? Would I need to go see doctor and do an exam for it? What type of treatment should I use? What can help me with better bowl movement?
