Hi I've posted on here before a couple times about different things, but this time I'm more worried I have a lump on both sides under my ribs I've told my about the one side because was getting pain, he said because of my age(18) he wasn't worried about it being cancer or anything but now I found the second lump on the left side about the same place the other one is and I'm scared I haven't got sick or anything but I get the odd pain that goes away....is this cancer
I have told my doctor about it but he's not worried about it and okay I will look into thy

Could be a pulled muscle, sometimes they can cause lumps. Also could be the rib heads are out of alignment. I would see a chiropractor, the one I use to see was able to manipulate it back into place and the pain would leave.
