Brain tumor

I have a huge concern my brother mental health has been getting worse and I was wondering if there could be a sign were he is seeing things and just had night terror. I was wondering could this possibly be brain cancer? Also he has a lump on his skull which he can feel. He is a teenager and its very rare for a teenager to get night terror at that age he blanked out and seemed there was somebody else in him it did not sound like him and he was screaming and trying to run through the closed door.

I agree. He needs a exam and further testing. Be sure he is drug free first. And I mean drug free from even OTC meds. We recently saw a psychotic young man in our clinic who was taking some over the counter " body buildng " meds. Once he stopped those he was cured. Get him to a Doctor ASAP.

he needs an MRI to check there is no way to be sure, he could have rabies?...no im just kidding...its probably something emotional hows home life? school life? personal life? you gotta talk to him...he could be on heavy drugs...you never know? get him to the doctor he NEEDS an MRI or CT if inconclusive the doctor will help you from there...and i would jump to cancer...there are many causes of "psycho-active" behavior...no offense intended... if you have any questions feel free to sk and if you can think of any fungus' or bat droppings or rat droppings...any sort of sickness in the last three months? history of these night terors?
