You would have to go to a doctor who specializes in infectious disease. I don't know how things work in your country. I have to see a lyme specialist here. I am unsure if there is such a doctor in Kenya.

I believe you have a bacterial infection and it is affecting your nervous system. One infection it could be is bartonella. Symptoms of bartonella are anxiety, feeling very warm like feverish in the early morning and late evening, feet pain, muscle pain, the vibration sensation that you have in your body because it effects the nervous system, problems with sleep due to a racing mind or leg sensations, digestion issues, headaches, possible night sweats and more. My husband, my son and myself all suffer with a bartonella infection we got from a tick bite. We were diagnosed with lyme disease. I am not saying you have lyme but there are a few of your symptoms that would point to that, like the neck cracking and pain in the neck also the numbing of the face. I am unsure if Kenya has lyme disease but from what I understand you can get it almost anywhere in the world. Bartonella I know for sure you can get anywhere. It is a very difficult infection to test for just like lyme disease. You can look at my journal pages and see if our symptoms are similar to yours. I wish you the best.

Listen to me if you're going so sit around and worry about every little noise from every part of your body you will NEVER, EVER have a life. The noise in your neck is normal we all have it.
You have to learn to do meditation. You're becoming a Hypochondriac.

4 Ways to Treat Sinus Congestion Acupuncture. It can be remarkably effective for relieving acute sinusitis. Acupuncture can ease pain and promote sinus drainage within minutes of the placement of the needles. Hot compresses. Help promote sinus drainage by placing very warm, wet compresses over the whole sinus area (in your upper face) frequently. Work up to as much heat as you can comfortably stand for 10 minutes at a time, several times a day.Steam inhalation. Inhaling steam with a little oil of eucalyptus in it may ease sinus clogging. Saline flushes. Flushing your nasal passages with a warm saline solution can help relieve sinus congestion and prevent sinus infections. Do this two to four times a day if you have an active infection. You can use a neti pot, a traditional, Indian nasal-irrigation device shaped like Aladdin's lamp that lets you pour the water into your nose. Or simply dissolve a ¼ teaspoon of salt in one cup of warm water and pour some of the solution into your cupped hand and inhale it through one nostril while a finger from your opposite hand compresses and blocks the other nostril. Alternatively, you can sniff the solution from a small cup or squirt it into your nostrils with a rubber-bulb syringe. The idea is to inhale enough water to spit it out through your mouth.

P.S.
try the following to help reduce the symptoms of chronic sinus problems:
Eliminate milk and all milk products from your diet (including prepared foods that list dairy and its byproducts as ingredients). This can lead to dramatic improvement after about two months.
Take astragalus , the root of a native Chinese plant that boosts immune system function. The usual dose is two capsules twice a day unless otherwise directed on the package label.
If you take an antibiotic for sinus infections, be sure to take a probiotic to restore the friendly bacteria that inhabit the digestive tract and that may be wiped out by antibiotics.
Don't smoke. If you suffer from allergies, consider equipping your house  or at least your bedroom  with a good air filter. A HEPA (high-efficiency particulate air) filter is a good choice  it removes particles in the air by forcing it through screens containing microscopic pores.

Popping sounds can sometimes be heard when a muscle or tendon slides over a bony bump. The sound you hear may also be the gliding of joints as you turn your neck. Articular cartilage forms a smooth covering over the surface of healthy joints. If your joint has been injured or becomes inflamed, the surface may thicken, creating a rubbing sound as you move. A courser grinding or crunching may indicate more advanced changes in the surfaces of one or more joints. Such changes can be caused by osteoarthritis (OA). OA can happen from normal wear and tear, especially when there has been a change in the alignment of your joint. Joint alignment can be changed following an injury, when your muscles are tense or in spasm, or from poor spine postures that have been used over the years. A physical therapy program to help with your posture and muscle balance can improve movement in your neck and may help stop the noise.
The only way to know if you have a brain tumor is to first have a CT-scan
