Dizziness, feeling confused, and Gerd

Over the past 4 months I have been diagnoesed with GERD. However, almost exactly to the day, I have had dizzy spells over the past year. Along with the dizziness, there is tension in the back of my head and neck. I have had a MRI- which came back negative and I have had many blood tests which were negative as well. I also recently have started feeling confused at times (its weird) and a shakey feeling. Last week I went to my doctor and they did more blod work (negative) and I had an ultrasound on my gallbladder which was negative. In a couple of weeks I am having the endoscopy test. (Which i am scared about). Also at times I have heart palpitations that scare me. I will admit that I am very stressed out at times due to work and such.

Does anyone have any of these similar symptoms?
What do I do..??

Yes, it does. I'm only 14 and I recently started going to a public school for the first time in my life, so that may be a cause, but I don't have anything in particular that I'm anxious about. My mom just says it's anxiety, and my doctor diagnosed me with it. I've had pinching in my heart area, and felt like I'm not all there, but I'm pretty sure it's just anxiety. I haven't had anything worry me this much before either, so I feel the same. Also, my blood tests came back negative.

we gerd sufferers have all in common,me too have experiencing what you all go through, all i can add is we manage our stress, for me if i feel stress i always pause and breath and think of things that make me calm...cause stress really triggers it...i change my food in take, and trying to be more active even if its really hard, sometimes i walk like a baby, for reasons i do not know...this gerd really is a situation that must be understand by others who dont have it,a information they must know, because most of the time people just laugh at you,for them its nothing and they think that i or we just exaggerating it...the feeling of tiredness, anxiety, fatigue, loneliness, helplessness, dying and having a heart attact hit us just like that all of that together and people around you dont know how to respond because they dont know about it...i always talk to all my friends and people i know,so they will have information how people like us feels and suffers...to all of us i always pray that we all have strength, patience, and people who love us around us...

and money to buy all medicines we need... :-)
