Fever for 23 days is normal ? for a kid of age 3.5

Hi all;
My baby is 3.5 years old. she has been sick for 23 days. with a fever around 99-102F. When i give her tylanol or motrin her fever goes down to normal of 96F. after 6-8 hours time frame the fever comes back again.
I took her to emergince and also to her doctor, they could not fined anything but LYMHP node infection. They started anti-boyatic for 10 days, it looks like the medicen does not work.
By the way her fingers are peeled off only way that we can reduce her fever to norlam is motrine. I am really worried if there could be some thing else.
I wonder how long does it take for LYMPH node infection to heal.
according to her doctor and emergincy room:

Her X-ray clean,
Urrinary test is clean
She is playfull when there is no fever.
I wonder what is wrong why her fever continued that long

well how long has she been on the antibotics, you really need to make sure she drinks plenty of fluid because if not and she gets that fever especially at 102 she could get dehidrated and pass out.....brittany

How long has she been on the antibiotic? It can take time for it to clear up the infection.
Did they check to see if she's dehydrated? I'm wondering if that's why her fingers are peeling.
Where was the lymph node? She may need to have blood work done to find out why she's running a fever.
