When i turn my head i hear cracking sound and sometimes i feel a rubbing on the side of my head. it has been going on for quite sometimes approx 2 months what could this be?
that cracking sound could be crepitus. i suggest you bring that up with your doctor on your next exam
it could be disc degeneration in your neck and or ligaments rubbing together in your neck.
