Hard bone like bump on my 8 week old baby's forehead

When my son was around 5 weeks old, I noticed a hard bone like bump had developed on his forehead...right above his right temple. It does not move and it is under the skin. It is really hard like bone. The bump is pretty noticeable. My friends have asked me, "what happened to his head?"...when they have seen him before and never noticed it. I have taken him to the doctor and they did an xray and said it was nothing. That is all they told me. It is obviously something...done, calcium deposit...something more serious? My son has his 2 month check up on Monday, so I will ask the doctor to further explain (I got the x ray results over the phone). I was wondering if anyone has any idea what this could be. I am worried about him. i have attached a photo...you can barely see the bump in this photo...

Hi everyone,
I think my 2 month old has the same thing.  Just noticed it today.  Did your baby's bump go away over time?  Thanks.

My 3.5 month old son has the same thing on the side of his head.  In fact he has the same onesie as well.  Too cute.  It is barely noticable but we get the same questions "Did he hit his head?  Is it a bug bite?"  We have been told the same thing by our Doc, that it is nothing.  We are just hoping that as his head grows the bump will eventually grow out.  I am trying not to worry so much myself.  We are due for our 4 month checkup in a few weeks and will speak to the Doc more in depth about it.  Our Doc exaplained to us that it is just the way his skull has developed.  He said we could take him to a skull shape clinic at Children's Hospital but doesn't think it is necessary.
