Help Don't know what's wrong

I was wondering if anyone could help.

I'm 31 years of age and was pretty healthy up untill 17 months ago.

I had a emergancy c-section back in july 2010 and ever since i have been suffering problems left sided chest pain and pain behind the left knee and upper left leg. I thought my problems had stopped there but in september 2010 i started getting twitches in my eye and lip and numbness down the one side of my body i seen my GP he told me the pain in my chest was Costacronditis.

I started dropping things because of the numbness down the left side and found it difficult some days to walk and pick up my son went back to my GP all he could say was take some tramadol. Done what he said it did not cure the problem just took the edge of it now it seems to be getting worse and a few other problems are starting show like tingiling in the back of my head.... i'm wondering if anyone could shed any light on this.

Thank you so much
