Hole in Tennis Hand Callus
Last week, I ripped off a callus on the side of my thumb that was going to come off anyway and when I took it off, it seemed to be connected to something deeper inside my thumb and so I took the connecting skin off, but now there is a pretty big hole in the side of my thumb where my callus used to be, when I squeeze it, some pus comes out and it hurts a lot when you apply pressure right on it, do you think it is a infection or could something be lodged inside of it.
