Movement in my stomach area

From time to time I feel a movement in my stomach and I am not really sure what it is.  It kinda freaks me out.  It usually is in my lower stomach but sometimes near my ribs or my side.  I eat a lot of fiber.  But what could be causing it?  It is not painful or anything just annoying and I am not sure if it is normal or curable or avoidable.

I have a fluttering in my lower left side. Weird feeling. My Internal Med MD told me since I had a hysterctomy (28 years ago) it is probably scar tissue/adhesions in my intestines. Since she told me that I have not felt it as often or worried about it.

It's probably parasites in your stomach. There are over the counter ,medications to treat this. Having your poop checked can help too.

It could be trapped gas, which is highly likely especially since you eat lots of fiber.

Hello, I must ask, could you be pregnant? The movement could well be a baby. If your not than you could be having spasm in your intestines. I have them all the time, it is one small  side effect for Irritable bowel syndrome. You should see your health care provider if this gets worse.
