try feeding him crackers and or a slice of bread , and try a banna if he isn't allergic then make sure he gets some vitamins . plenty of fluids will be important so he wont dehydrate
but i would try the vita waters then if that dont work get him to the dr.
I think you should deffinetly make sure he is getting plently of fluids. Gateraid might be best. If he has diharra then the dizziness could be from dehydration.
it is a beginning sign the body is in shock, it may be mild or not,
if he is diabetic, it is very dangerous as his blood sugar is probably too low
as to the diarrhea water with some sugar and salt is the answer; sugar is easy to feed energy and water is of course needed to replace lost fluids and salt is to help the body want to keep the water.
or u can go buy electrolite replacement drinks that any druggist personnel can show u where on the shelf
IF POSSIBLE CHECK HIS BLOOD SUGAR, do u know any diabetics, use their kit, they can show u in ten seconds
other wise u may need to take him to a quick care med center
