So basically I struggle eating and would like to have a simple one off meal that's serves all my nutritional needs. I just forget to eat and because of this I'm underweight. Trying my best to put weight on but it's hard for me.
So I came across homemade protien bars. made from oats,protien powder, peanut butter,almonds,milk, honey,chocolate, almonds and I decided to add in a multivitamin crushed into the flatjack mix. Isn't much fiber tho. Plan on eating around 2000 calories of the stuff daily. Would it be healthy eating this everyday? I do plan on eating other things like snacks and so on with water.
