Swollen gland in elbow crease

Around 3-4 weeks ago I noticed a swollen gland in the inner part of my right elbow. My right ankle also keeps having water retention where if you press it, it stays in.  That's been happening for a couple of months.
I do have pain on my lower right back going into my groin and hip and wondered if some inflammation might be affecting the draining of fluid in my leg.
I keep getting a pain at the back of my ear too. Could it just be a bit of an infection that my body is fighting?
Thanks for any thoughts.

You know, isn't it surprising we have lymp node reactions in our elbow?  Armpit or neck?  Ya.  To be expected but the elbow throws you off.  You have one leg with fluid retention and pitting only.  Is this when you wake up, when you are on your feet for a long time?  They call this edema and there are many reasons it happens. You need to be examined for this.  Yes, infection can cause all of this.  But you will want to rule out anything serious.  Blood clot in your leg for example being the reason for the swelling.  So, see your doctor with this information and please come back and let us know what is going on!

The swelling in my leg seems to have calmed down at the moment, so hopefully it's something that's passed.  I would still have swelling in the morning which would get a little worse if I was on my feet.
Still have the other things, but if the swelling in my leg has calmed down a bit then hopefully my body is fighting something off. If the leg swelling starts again, I'll see about going the docs.
Thanks for replying x
