Thrush not improving?

Hi all, I'm a 29 yo F. So about 2 months ago I had an outbreak and learned I had general herpes. One month ago I developed oral thrush. I have taken a suspension, diflucan, and lozenge and the thrush is not improving.

I was concerned there could be something larger wrong since the herpes and thrush issues started. I got a CBC, thyroid, blood sugar, mono and strep test- all results fine. My doctor wants me to go to the ENT next.

I had my annual in April and hiv test was negative...I'm thinking of asking for another one though? Anyone have any other ideas for me?

Thank you!
