No other intra or extra axial focal lesions/fluid collections/hemorrhage/edema.
No midline shift. No hydrocephalus.
No abnormal enhancement/dural venous sinus thrombosis.
Ventrides and cisterns are normal and patent.
Sella- & suprasellar region, cavernous sinuses, craniocervical juction are normal.
Mucous retention cyst in the right maxillary sinus. Mild mucosal thickening of the left maxillary sinus.
Small defect of the lamina papyracea on the left, with no herniation of the medial rectus muscle.
Opacification and sderosis of the inferior mastoid air cells on the right, suggestive of chronic mastoiditis - to be correlated clinically.
Skull is normal.
Bilateral orbits, globes and optic nerves normal.
