The healthiest thing you can do is seek help for your alcohol drinking.  From what I read in your posts, your biggest problem is the alcohol.  Yes, a better diet, more exercise, drinking more water, etc. is great, but if you continue to abuse alcohol, well.....think about it.  You have to be realistic and honest with yourself.

You don't sound well and should be seeking medical attention ASAP.

In my opinion, sounds like you have something serious going on, and it will be noted on a physical for sure.

I know you didn't want to hear about your drinking, but........I like to keep it real and honest.

It is good that you have already made considerably progress towards a healthier life..
This is very good BUT...

You need to see a doctor about the bleeding. You should not put this off. It is better to know for sure if the alcohol is causing "it". It could be many things. What you need is a good health professional to help you work through the health issues in spite of your "bad habbits". Your habbits can change and most likely will as you gravitate towards feeling better.  The bleeding could be something simple like hemorrhoids.
Check out the bleeding.

Start searching on-line for your symptoms. Learn what the possibilities are. Check out
Celia Desease, Gluten intolerance (wheat, barley, rye and oats). Whisky is made from wheat. Gluten is addictive. It is not just the alcohol that is addictive. You could switch to wine (red wine is healthier, I think). I don't know about vodka, I don't know if it is made
with some form of gluten. There are other types of alcohol that are not made with gluten, check them out.
You have to illiminate gluten from your daily food intake also... Not an easy thing to do
but if you feel bad enough you have to start trying things. If you are on your way to being diabetic you are in trouble. Gluten is in almost everything that is processed and it will keep you going back for all the boose, the bread, the pasta etc... It keeps your appetite going strong, it is addictive.  Start eating more green veggies and veggies of any kind. Include fruit in your daily diet and protien. You have to make some dietary/nutritional consessions. You have to do it. Give your self a brake and slowly ( or quickly ) include more and more of the better foods in your life and eventually you will begin to prefer the better choices. Try and relax about it, don't stress out over it, try to have some fun with it, just keep trying to improve your daily nutrition.
Good Luck and better health

I see.

You would rather look forward to a long retirement without eyesight (a side effect of diabetes) or legs (which are sometimes amputated in uncontrolled diabetes).

The chances are they will pick up the problem by an hba1c.

If the diabetes is under control, there is no reason you will not be able to continue in most jobs.

You are not thinking clearly.

See a physician.

Problem is, i'm about half a year off for promotion, a serieus condition would most likely not pass me my yearly physical, ergo fired.
Is there anything i can do to self-medicate? (stop or start certain foods, work-out more ,
drink a gallon water a day, etc)

I already do not use any sugar, salt, and sauces (apart from what is already added by manufacturer), i do consume large quantities of peppers, and other hot dried spices.

You definitely need labs and a urinalysis.  (CBC, CMP, Liver Profile, HbgA1C) for starts.

It does sounds suspicious of Diabetes.

A "fruity" odor in the urine suggests the presence of ketone bodies. These are produced when the body uses up all available insulin and needs to lower dangerous glucose levels.

It is a hallmark of diabetes.

You require a blood test known as an hba1C, as well as a fasting glucose test and/or an insulin clamp protocol.

Losing weight should be a number one priority.

Please no comments like "stop drinking then, dumb-*ss", if you had my memories you would also try everything to forget, i can simply not get through the day if my head is clear.

Almost forgot, around 2/3 hours a day either cold sweat or high temperature, and often bloody bowl movements, but i expect that to be unrelated and due to alcohol abuse
