Weird bowel movements (warning Probable TMI, not for those without strong stomach)

2 days ago I had a bad dizzy spell so I laid down in my bed and next thing I new I was down with a tummy bug. Diarrhea, threw up once , stopped eating and went right to fluids, muscle aches and chills. Yesterday no vomiting, chills or muscle aches just diarrhea and a really awful headache. Diarrhea had slowed a little but still had to take a first dose of Imodium. Today was still watery stool so I took a second dose. Feeling better other wise  but my stool has gone from light brown at the beginning of this ordeal to very dark greenish brown like a shade darker than pine or dark olive green. Almost black if I didn't know better and a sticky almost play doh or putty like texture.  Since I took the Imodium I haven't really pooped. Still a tiny tiny bit sore in the tummy but nothing crazy just bloated feeling and worried about the poop. Called telehealth and they said not to worry and I don't want to go to the hospital because hospitals are the best place TO get sick but I'm just wondering what this could mean? Will this go away on its own or what can I do?
