What could it be?

Hi there . I'm 19 years old and I've had this pain on my lower right abdominal area that at about a month ago I had to go to the ER because I thought it could have been appendicitis, but doctors told me no that I had a testicular infection and gave me some pill and that was that, it's been a month and a half and I still have the same pain (not as intense) that feels a bit like a light pinch from the inside but not I feel it on both side , also my stomach growls and makes sounds a few times a day for a minute or two and randomly my abdomen and chest will heat up kinda like if you had a heated blanket on you , any ideas what it could be ??? I might go to the doctor tomorrow

Hello~you could have a form of GERD, this can cause stomach pain and gurgling. I would take some high potency probiotic to put the friendly bacteria in your gut.

Also, believe it or not, you may have some misaligned vertebrae in the middle of your spine, they control the functions of your stomach, I suggest seeing a chiropractor for a few treatments, I know mine helps at times with my tummy issues. He/she will take some x-rays and after reading them, start treatments in the offending area. After a few visits, you should start to feel better.
