I know this is quite lacking in detailed symptoms for a proper diagnosis but could anyone please tell me if it's indicative of something much more serious than simple postural hypotension or fatigue -
Basically my sister has been working late nights and sleeping only at 8 in the morning for quite some time. This morning she came out of the shower and apparently tripped and hit her her head against the wall, subsequently crashing facefirst onto the floor in between a table and a chair leg, she couldn't even break her fall with her arms. When I went to help her she cried that she was extremely dizzy and tired and asked me to help her to her room before becoming irresponsible for a minute (eyes moving but not speaking). I almost called the ambulance because I thought she was having a non convulsive seizure. She's now in her room but I'm worried because I've read articles which have people dying suddenly from sleep deprivation and I'm afraid this may be more serious than it may look. I'd appreciate a second opinion, thank you.
