What is this cluster of bumps on my right hand?

Hello! For a few weeks now I have had this cluster of bumps on my right hand. At first I had thought it was ringworm and I applied all types of creams for it but it didn't seem to go away.  The bumps are clustered in a circle and are for the most post my skin tone unless I irritate them which causes them to be red for a little while.  They only itch occasionally throughout the day.  The bumps are no bigger then a few millimeters in size. There are a few little tiny bumps that form straight lines around the cluster of the circle.  Here is 2 pictures to see it better...  http://imgur.com/a/qNZRc

Any suggestions or advice would be grateful, thanks!

Hello~I was not able to view the pictures. I suggest you see a dermatologist if they are bothersome, he/she will be able to determine fairly quickly if they are anything to worry about.
