Why do I get lightheaded?

hi, i been have them same feeling for like 9 years and the doc still don't know what it is. if anyone wants to talk hit me up and tell me what it is thankz

Another thing is if you are taking any meds or supplements they may have side effects ..

I notice mine is worse when I a hyperventilating, which is a lot lately, I am so dang nervous all the time.

check if it happens when you have'nt eaten ,as it could be hypoglycemia (low blood sugar)  eat a piece of chocolate or a sweet drink if you feel better that's what it is ..it doesn't mean you are diabetic, but get it checked for the sugar level ..

im not sure what it is i have the same problem only i passout when it happens.if u find out please let me know cause the docs cant find ne thing 2 do with mine either.

I have light headedness, not the kind where you feel faint or anything, but it just feels sort of like I am walking on a boat, it scares me.

A lot of my problem is when my neck is out of alignment, when the chiropractor adjusts it, I am better.

Well your question is pretty non-specific. lightheadedness is caused by a lot of things: low blood pressure, medications, low blood sugar, diabetes, heart problems, an inner ear problem, anxiety, even migraines.

Without knowing what tests the doctor has run or what he has ruled out that is all I can say.....:)
