Yellow liquid during bowel movements

I am having a lot of bowel movements per day (once every hour or two at least) for about 3 days that consist mainly of a dark yellow liquid and very little stool. I am currently on no medications. I also had a fever of 102.9 yesterday and extreme bodily pains, but both of those have gone away, but was thinking that the two symptoms could be related. Does anybody know what may help with the stool problem or at least what it may be?

Thanks,
Nick

i have trouble taking any kind of anti-inflammatory meds, such as ibuprofen, aleve, motrin.  when i take this they really cause my stomach to hurt and i will start having frequent bowell movements and will have a yellowish discharge check your meds and maybe this could be causing it.

Could be the beginning of IBS or crohns disease.  Fatty foods and stress sets me off.
Crohns is the worse and you should see a doctor if this keeps up.

I'm listening......you are not on meds. So if thats true don't worry about the anti-inflammatories. If you had a fever and the body pains, sounds like you had the flu like most others are getting now. Here's the difference....you may have actually started out with an intestinal virus. It is common and known as gastroenderitis which translates to inflammed intestines. Your bile is probably what you are seeing. The bowel movements are probably accompanied by an extreme burning sensation as well correct? This is the acid and bile from your stomach. Go to a gastro Dr. asap if it continues one more day or to the hospital. Chances are you are dehydrated at this point and will need an IV
