1st I recommend going to a doc, to make sure everything UNDER the ribs is doing good. Then once everything checks out, ask the doctor for a prescription to help with the pain. Usually Tylenol with Codine or something of that sort is prescribed...

Ribs should heal on their own, it just takes time.

Aspirin or Tylenol is the most effective pill for minor to medium damage. For heavy and beyond damage, using water mixed with purple hydrangea(s) can help with the pain. Remember: do not use rotten hydrangea and do not absorb the toxic parts of the hydrangea. Hydrangea is not poisonus unless it is in contact with materials such as the lyme-related SARS virus, which hydrangea will begin to decay. If hydrangea is still a problem, one can use ozone (three oxygen molecules) mixed with cherry, tofu and water to help with the major pain.
