crushed stomach during sex

Yesterday I had sex with a large woman who weighs 15 stone,  I am only 10.5 stone.  During the sex I was on my back and she was on top of me and many times put all her weight onto my stomach,  basically crushing me and disrupting my breathing. . At the time it was uncomfortable but I let her do it, we were in this position for about 15 minutes. Today my lower and middle stomach is hurting and feels like a stomach ache as well, also I feel like I can't breathe as well as before.

I am scared some internal damage may have happened,  is it possible or will the pain go away and by breathing go back to normal?

Glad to know that anything serious has been ruled out.

The pain is due to the bruising and like the doctor has said will take a while for it to settle.  Because you are bruised inside, as you try and take a breath this will also feel uncomfortable.

Your breathlessness may be due to mild panic.  Blood pressure has got nothing to do with breathlessness.  I agree with you, that if your breathlessness does persist, you will need to go back to the doctor.  Sometimes breathlessness may be due to asthma, if you are unfit and walk up the stairs for example, walk fast or exercise a lot.

The doctor can check your lung function by you breathing into a tube or send you to the hospital for a lung function test.  If he suspects there may be other problems, he can also send you to get xrays done.

Should the breathlessness get worse to what the doctor observed, then do get back to him.  If you experience severe breathlessness, do not hesitate to call the emergency services or go to the hospital A&E department.

I went to A+E on Wednesday.  Had blood, urine and blood pressure tests which came back fine. Told them I had stomach pains and breathlessness. Doctor felt my chest and pushed in with his fingers but I felt no pain, he said I was just bruised and the pain should go away in 10-12 days.

Right now the pain is more like a very bad stomach ache all the time, mostly when I'm sitting down.  The breathlessness isn't something the doctor talked about I guess because my blood pressure came back normal. I'm a bit lost at the moment,  the only thing to do now is wait for the pain to clear and if not go to the doctors who may be able to refer me to a specialist?

Shame you aren't able to get to the A&E this evening.  If your breathing problem gets worse, you may need to phone 999.

Glad that you did ring the 111 service and got medical advice.
Hope things are going to be fine for you.

Let me know how you get on.

I called 111 and they advised me I should go to my nearest hospital in the next hour. I simply can't do this so I am going to go to a&e at the hospital tomorrow morning because I feel my breathing is getting worse

I've managed to get an appointment tomorrow with the doctors.  I will also call the 111 number tonight to see if they can help.

Having a breathing problem is quite an urgent matter.

To get to book an appointment with your doctor, you have to stress that you need to be seen urgently and that you work. They soon find an appointment, but unfortunately with urgent appointments you can't choose the doctor that you see nor a time slot.  Sometimes they ask for your symptoms so just tell them that you are experiencing having breathing problems.

Phoning up the 111 service in the evening, you can explain your symptoms (you do not have to tell them how it happened).  They will assess you and may book you in to see a doctor if they feel this is required.  They work from the time your doctor's surgery closes until the following morning.

It is up to you what you decide to do, but keep a note of your symptoms and if they do get much worse, then do go to the A&E at the hospital.

Hope you used protection when you were having bodily contact with the escort.  Sometimes they can also have mouth thrush as well as other unpleasant things that cannot be visibly seen and can pass this on to you through kissing, so do take care.  You probably may already know, there are GUM clinics, usually in the local hospital, so do get checked out if you do use escorts.  They are very discreet and confidential.

Hi jemma

Today some of the pain is better but I am still going to make an appointment to see the doctor. I didn't call the 111 number last night because I didn't get the chance.  My breathing still seems to be an issue but I am not gasping for air so I am reluctant to go the hospital.  I don't know when I will be able to go to the doctors as it's difficult to get an appointment and I have work so it maybe next week.

I am ashamed to say the women I had sex with was an escort so I am reluctant to talk about this with anyone except you or a doctor.

I suggest you make an appointment to see the doctor to examine you.

Having 15 stone of weight on top you (regardless of how much you weigh) is not a very good idea.  The bottom of your rib cage is near the middle stomach area and with all the weight on top it may have caused some bruising (if not a breakage depending on how strong your bones are).  All your insides will have been bruised too.

No doubt you won't let this happen in the future.  Having sex in that position isn't a problem if the women at that weight can control her position and not thrust her whole body weight on top of you and you are comfortable with it.  Never have sex in a position that is uncomfortable for you.

As you are having breathing problems, get an appointment to see the doctor urgently.

In the UK we have a 111 out of hours doctors service which starts to operate when your doctor's surgery is closed.  You can given them a call and ask for their advice by phoning 111.
