my friend from Belarus has just been told she must wear a Cannula to stop having heart attacks. she is very sad about this because she is at her prime and is embarrassed to be seen with it. Is there any less obvious alternatives that anyone knows about? Something that she could hide in public?

I suspect you mean a nasal probe delivering oxygen. There are many
"missing pieces" from this story. Certainly there is no reason to be embarrassed to require oxygen, however there must be a very severe problem before this kind of supplementation is required.
