constipation without pain just discomfort

i have been having bowel problems for several months now. i am 49 years old and i feel full and bloated all of the time. If i have a bowel movement i still feel like i did not finish because it isnt much. I have tried laxatives, miralax , etc. and taking fiber. Nothing works. I am miserable, my clothes don't fit either. I am so tired of this. My stomach looks like i am pregnant.

Try taking Peri-Colace 3 tablets each night with 2 ducolax tabs to start until going then stop the ducolax and  continue the pericolace but decrease to 2 tablets nightly.  

If you have occasional constipation after that, add 1 more pericolace- (to again make 3 tabs) and 2 ducolax tablets only on the nights extra help is needed.  

The generic of these works just fine.  Walmart has an equate version of both.

hi  it sounds like IBS  i found that colprimin very good ... the bloated feeling  that i get is worse at night .... i found that white bread  cheese potatoes  and other foods make it much worse ...  i started eating  smaller amounts and more often ... plus reduce intake of tea and coffee and drink water ...  i get full of air and its very  bad   so i take dulphlac twice a week going to bed and colprimin every day hope this helps  and mind what you eat ... keep notes on  how you feel after eating and you will soon know whats causeing the trouble .... best luck

Constipation and the feeling you have mentioned,indicates,you may be having piles and/or ulcers problem.Please don't ignore it.These symptoms/habits sometimes indicate future heart problems(especially if your parents had any heart ailment.)

Eat easily digestible food.
Consult a doctor.
