foot pain
hi i fell hard on my heel last night pain is quite severe when i put pressure on it(walking on my tip toes) i don't think theres any break but should i have a doctor look at it?
YES you probly have a lite break or very bad bruse, in eather letting it go could lead to the lose of your foot over a very short time, So get to ER ASAP ok?
ya! theres no harm in visiting a doctor,,get an simple x ray,,wash ur heels with hot water,,
My son had a similar occurrance. I took him to the doctor and he had actually pulled a tendon behind his heel. Now, it could just be bruised badly, and ice may help with any swelling and ibuprofen for pain and swelling. But if the pain does not get better within a couple of days, I would get to your doctor and especially if you have any swelling around your ankles or on the foot. Good luck!
