Hi there, I don't know much about diabetes, but I would get her to the hospital. Hope everything turns out well! April

Shaking, shivering and vomiting may or may not be due to the Diabetes.

However, shaking, shivering and vomiting and having Diabetes can be problematic.  I sincerely hope you've taken her to a doctor at the very least, if not the ER.  Being diabetic and vomiting can make controlling Blood Glucose difficult.  Many people have a sliding scale for insulin if they're taking injections.  The loss of fluid and nutrition can throw everything out of whack.

Medical intervention may be the only thing that brings her BG levels back under control.  Please let us know if she's okay.  thanks.

yes.. i have type 2 diabetes, and it means she has a low blood sugar.. if she gets like that she has to eat or drink something with sugar in it to bring her blood sugar up. Preferrably a glass of whole milk or a candy bar
