head pulsing visual throbbing?

Hi I had question I was hoping I could get some answers? its been almost a year since my last panic attack and almost a year now ive been having hand tremors which i was told essential. thats really not the problem because its hard to see unless you really pay attention. the problem ive been having also is this pressure, pulsing, throbbing feeling in the back of my head. it doesnt hurt but when i try to concentrate it feels like my head is slightly shaking to the pulse. mostly the top of my head, like my hair and also chin beat or shake to the ryhtme of the pulse. i can see my chest beating like its my heart and its almost in sync with my head throbbing. when i look in the mirror i can see my head throbbing shaking only slightly. its very annoying and emberassing because i feel like people notice it but no one has said anything yet. it almost feels like a pulling or pushing on my head and chest. im not feeling anxious when i get it but when i am anxious or stressed it gets worse. i dont know if its my heart or brain or whats causing it, i doubt its anxiety since i dont feel anxious. it also happens if i move around or do something. it goes away after i sit still for awhile or stop thinking about it but it does come and go. im only 22 years old and it all started about 10 months ago. im worried about disease MS parknson or something seriously wrong with me. any suggestions or thoughts would be GREATLY appreciated. maybe ease my mind? thanks.

Also, I don't think you have Parkinsons or MS. Especially since you've apparently been diagnosed with Benign Essential Tremor. So I wouldn't worry about that. But Essential Tremor is a progressive disorder and you should be on medication if you feel self conscious. I also would suggest you have a strong talk with your dr on why he did not give you the facts about this disorder.

Hi. I'm really not sure what to tell you. The symptoms your talking about could suggest that your essential tremors are now spreading to the rest of your body. That would be my guess, but I really don't know much about this topic. I suggest you google Benign Essential Tremor. I'm sure you will find many websites to give you info. Since you've already been told you have essential tremor I'm inclined to think that's what your dealing with. And the doctor that diagnosed you should be ashamed that he/she did not give you information or tell you how this disorder progresses.
