Sounds like you've put yourself on a very strict diet of low fat.  We all need fats to properly feed our bodies.  Try taking some coconut oil or olive oil - about a teaspoon daily.  And maybe some fish oil capsules.  They usually say take two, but we need about 5 a day.   Don't be afraid of butter either.  Margerine is no good - turns into plastic in your stomach -  Drink lots of water (over 8 glasses a day - I personally drink a gallon a day) to keep hydrated and things flowing smoothly.   I also take a stool softener every night.  Don't use Visine for your eyes - use artificial tears to keep your eyes lubricated.
