Kidney problems could effect your blood pressure.
Did your PCP put you on any meds yet to get your BP down?
I think something needs to be done right now because these readings are very high.
Maybe you can call your kidney specialist and tell them you need to get in sooner.
Let us know how your doing and take care. Remar

hi
uncontrolled hypertension has a few vascular, kidney and endocrinological causes.
also obesity, sleep apnea, some medicines.
do you take birth control pills? are you treated for your hypertension? no matter the cause, it shoud be treated with at least two medications.
possible tests might be eye exam, echo cardiography, kidny doppler or vascular imaging, to see if one of the arteries to your kidneys is too thin, some blood tests for cortisol, thyroid function, calcium, cathecolamines.
seeing your weight and reducing it if high, and more.
if you have shortness of breath, visual disturbances, severe headache or chest pain you should see your physician promptly.
best wishes

Hello~It seems to me that since you have been through all the test and these have revealed some health issues that your doctors should be following up on these. I would also considering seeing a nephrologist (kidney specialist).
I wish I could be of more help, but, I feel this is up to the doctors, it seems that they have left you "hanging" I would go back to them and ask for help.
Please keep us posted.
