Breast cancer can start under the arm pit. My stepmother found hers there.  Go to doctor immediately please.  It could just be lymph nodes inflamed but why risk it?

lymph nodes are located under the arms and behind the ears and several other places, have you talked to a doctor about it?

it could be a cyst or a swollen lymph node (sp?) i believe. if you have cut or scraped an area on your body your lymph nodes can be working over time to keep it from becoming infected.
